Door-to-door international express delivery is usually used, and if the quantity is large, you can also choose to air or sea.

After you place your order, we will arrange the delivery within 1-3 business days after receiving the full payment.

  1. About the tracking number?

Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where the package is.

  1. What is the risk of customs arrest?

1>. Our prices do not include import duties and other national fees;

2>. International express delivery companies act as agents for export declarations, and goods can usually be exported smoothly. Due to different policies in different countries, for example, if the goods are detained by the customs, the customer needs to pay the relevant taxes and fees in the following ways by themselves.

  • Due to the high shipping cost and long shipping time, we do not provide retail and wholesale service for the following countries and regions at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Notes:

  1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  2. Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

  3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

  4. Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

  1. Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.
  2. Please note that Sistary is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Sistary.
  3. We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address(APO/FPO) via Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping methods, but express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box or Military Addresses(APO/FPO). Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses(APO/FPO) usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
  4. Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after holiday or extreme weather ends.
  5. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.
  6. Due to longer customs clearance time, the shipping time may be extended to 10-25 working days in Philippines, Indonesia and India.
  7. Please know that the address of your package can be modified before it is sent out, but the address cannot be modified when the goods are sent out.

Return & Exchange

Thank you for shopping at sistary.com. We do our best to provide the best-quality products for our customers' maximum satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We accept requests for exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery, as detailed below for specific refund requests.Your return or exchange request will not be processed 15 days after receiving the package. Please contact us within the return time limit above and we will try our best to meet your request .

Return Processes

  1. When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at service@sistary.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted
  4. If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Return Conditions

  1. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. For hygienic reasons, We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
  4. Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
  5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  7. Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide free size exchange service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost for sending the original product back. After receiving and checking the original product, we will send the item with new size out. If you are not sure about the size choice, you can send an email or private message to contact us for help.
  8. Please note that the customer is responsible for the loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery.
  9. Please note that once the package leaves the Customs of the origin, the shipping responsibility will be handed over to the carrier. If the package is lost during this period, please contact the carrier for your inquiry and claim.
  10. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Sistary.
  11. The package that has been dispatched or in transit cannot be refunded.
  12. If the product itself has quality problems, please contact our customer service WITHN 24 hours . We will send you a new product free of charge after verifying your order information and product breakage.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If the reason for returning is not due to quality issues of products or our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of the shipping fees.

If Sistary is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size,we will allow a refund or an exchange.Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement.

》2. Customer's responsibility:

Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout.

If customers choose the wrong items or wrong size, customers can return the item to us to get the refund(product price only). The specific free should be based on the express company you choose.

Within 15 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service at service@sistary.com. You will receive a response providing the returning address in 1-2 business days.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
